We offer inclusive, high-quality training programmes in a safe, supportive environment, designed to build fitness, confidence, and personal development for all ages and abilities.
Fundamentals – No-Gi BJJ
6pm – 7pm Monday
Beginner-friendly classes focused on core techniques, movement, and safe training. Ideal for those new to BJJ or building strong foundations.

No-Gi Advanced
7pm – 8pm Monday
Higher-intensity sessions for experienced practitioners, focusing on advanced techniques, transitions, and controlled sparring.

Youth Grapplers (Ages 11–15)
5pm – 5:45pm Monday
Structured, age-appropriate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes designed to build confidence, coordination, discipline, and resilience. Sessions promote respect, teamwork, and positive behaviour in a safe and supportive environment.

Women’s Only BJJ (Practical Application)
1pm – 2pm Saturday
A supportive, women-only class focused on confidence, control, and practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques applicable to real-life situations. Sessions emphasise awareness, movement, and problem-solving in a safe, empowering training environment.

Circuit Training
12 Noon – 1pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Conditioning sessions to improve strength, fitness, and endurance. Suitable for all levels and designed to support overall wellbeing.

What to wear/bring
Wear BJJ-friendly clothing — shorts and t-shirts (no zips) and ensure you bring water to stay hydrated.
